Villa Simone Beach House is located literally right on the beach at Playa Copal—a world class kite boarding, and windsurfing destination. It gets even better. We’re just a short 10 minute drive from Playa Rajada—one of the top white sand beaches in the country.
Playa Rajada is situated in a calm, tranquille bay, and is excellent for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, and snorkeling. Other than a few locals on the weekends, you will have the beach to yourself.

Villa Simone is an exclusive boutique accommodation, with only two units available. Each is equipped with a full kitchen, modern bath room with glass shower, air conditioning, large screen TVs, a loft bedroom and the option of adding a second bedroom if required. The property is gated and fenced. Your privacy is ensured while making your EL Jobo vacation experience one to remember.

At Villa Simone you will experience your own private villa, located overlooking the beach. Each villa is fully equipped with the choicest linens, a queen bed, TV and a fully stocked kitchen. We offer air conditioning to make your stay even more comfortable. Your choice of firm or soft pillows is also available. Let us know if you have any special requests, and we will do our very best to fulfil it.

Kick back and relax overlooking the white sands of Playa Copal or lounge on the grass with a tropical drink. Gaze across the Bay of Salinas where you can literally see Nicaragua. Watch the spider monkeys swing from the trees above as you doze off for an afternoon nap in the warm breeze. Parrots and Jace can be seen in the trees throughout the day, and some pretty big fish and rays can be seen jumping near the beach.

About your hosts
After a 10 year hiatus from the tropical central American life, TJ and his forever love, Linda decided it was time to return to paradise. Originally from Canada, they each raised families as single parents, so they know what adventure is all about.
They have five boys between them and TJ also has a grown daughter with three grandchildren. Done with the ever tightening grip of the controlling governments and always longing for a simpler life filled with sunny, sandy beaches, they decided that the laid back pura vida lifestyle of Costa Rica was to be their forever home.
After scouring the country, visiting the beaches and the rugged mountains in the rainforest, they discovered the hidden gem of El Jobo, La Cruz. With more than a dozen beaches, within a seven minute drive of each other—all completely different and unspoiled—the lure of endless brilliant orange sunsets, tranquil morning swims, and smiling, friendly locals was all they needed to decide to settle here permanently.
With TJ‘s extensive background in real estate and development in the isle of Roatán, he sees this area as ripe for investment and relocation. Having been one of the top 10 realtors in the world, it’s no wonder he has discovered the hidden gem of El Jobo as his next adventure.
Villa Simone was the first place they stayed when they came down to explore Costa Rica in 2023. Now, two years later, they’ve realized their dream and have pulled the trigger on this amazing one of a kind beachfront duplex.
